My blogs been taken over.
No not by some dodgy hacker and no, I haven’t sold it for a small fortune. But the last 4 posts have been written by someone else.
I have been experimenting with a new service by Dustin Struckman called Presellpro. What presellpro does is auto post content to a blog of your choice when you sign up. This is unique content and they put links to affiliate products with your I.D in the posts. All you do is sign-up, create a new user from your wordpress dashboard and add the access details to your presell pro account and they post the content for you.
So what do I think of the what has been posted so far?
Personally I think that the quality of the posts is very good. In fact I have had a few of the posts re-tweeted and 1 comment, which is nice…
I have tried auto-post content plug-ins with other sites in the past and the post I get are usually either other peoples articles from Ezine or article base, or are so rehashed or badly spun that they are just garbage.
But these post for Presellpro are good quality and readable. Of course the writing does not have my unique flair and witty repartee but you can’t have everything
.
Is it right for this site?
As this is more of a personal journey/insight blog it is probably not a long term option, but I am a born experimenter and couldn’t resist giving it a go. Also, I have been busy with other projects and have not been posting here regularly so it seemed like a good option to keep my blog ticking along.
However, I think it would be ideal if you were to create a separate site for the content or for people who have an internet marketing blog which you are no longer updating (I see so many of these around).
So, what do you think?
You can check the quality of the writing if you look at the last four posts in the “recent posts” section in the sidebar.
Oh, and did I mention presellpro is free? you can check it out here: http://PresellPro.com (and that is not even an affiliate link, but only because they don’t have one, but it is good so check it out)

Matt,
When I read your post I had to laugh, not at you, but because I went through the same dilemma, “couldn’t resist” syndrome. I had started a blog as a diary journey and then started adding other things that interested me. How did I solve the problem? I started a second blog. One is my diary. One is for the other stuff I “can’t resist” to put on the blog.

Wondered if you were retiring, and sold your blog “My blog has been taken over” was on the headline. Catchy title too.
Have not used Presell Pro or familiar with that type of service. Right now, I found my voice via blogging and it can be a struggle with posting on a daily basis. There are so many ways to post materials such as having Guest Bloggers- Love this format. Using eZines and PLRs. Another good resource to know about. Thanks Matt

@Cheryl Thanks for dropping by Cheryl, it sounds like quite a good idea to have another blog for more personal stuff.
@Jane Hi Jane, thanks for the comment. Given my recent output on this blog it may seem that I have retired but I have been taking some time out to get some new direction. Using Presell Pro was really just a stop-gap solution and after the initial flurry of posts there have been no more.
